Hi, How can I create an educational video? What is your suggestion a software? Thanks a lot
It's too broad a question for me to give an answer.
Rich Olaya (7 months ago)
Great info in this video thanks. How are you zooming in and out during this video? Are you using the software sim feature in Captivate?
This video is from a few years ago. In this video, I think I'm using the video demo feature of Captivate. It allows you to zoom and pan once you are editing so you can focus in on specific areas of the screen.

How to I link from one project to another project? Basically I have a Table of Contents project from where I need to open 5 modules in their own projects. I tried "open another project" using the cptx file and url or file referencing the index.html file. I cannot move back to TOC
While you can link from one Adobe Captivate project to another this is really a one way street. If you are using an LMS it's better to publish your two or more projects as stand alone modules and place them both within the same course shell on your LMS.

It ´s the way the lms loads the course
+Natacha Dube Captivate always use the same images for different breakpoints. My solution is to always optimize my images in Photoshop so that I get the right balance between file size and image quality.
Take a look at this video and see if it has what yours looking for. https://youtu.be/wl3zm8emUVk

Thanks Paul for the quick response, donyou have a tutorial on how to replace an standard size image to a smaller image in a responsive course
I'm sorry I don't have any experience with a viewport so small but regardless of responsive or not, I would design a title page the same way.
Responsive eLearning may not be a practical design for that screen size.
Natacha Dube (1 year ago)
Thanks , I created it work great but the device view port is only 320px x 325px Any suggestions for slide creation Thanks again
+Natacha Dube why so small?
Natacha Dube (1 year ago)
Thanks for all the tutorials, how do we create this in a responsive project
Natacha Dube is pretty much the same process except with fluid boxes or breakpoints. Watch a few of my responsive design videos and see if they give you some ideas.

Excellent Video! Is there a site where I can download more text to speech voices?
You can purchase additional speech agents from Neospeech.com, however, they are super expensive.

Paul Wilson (2 years ago)
+Zindie Nyirenda great. Hope I can be of some help.
Zindie Nyirenda (2 years ago)
Noted. I will be getting in touch. Thanks Paul.
I'm in the early stages of developing a course that I would travel around the North America with. It would likely be a two or three day course on very practical Adobe Captivate design and development. In the meantime I have been offered many clients one on one coaching and mentoring with their Adobe Captivate development. You can visit my website here to get current pricing on my consulting services: http://www.paulwilsonlearning.com/new-products/consultation What has worked in the past for my clients is for them to accumulate some specific needs or questions and then simply purchase an hour or two of my time (as needed) and then we can schedule a call or you can simply ask me a series of questions for me to answer, etc.

Paul - this is amazing.  I feel silly for having found these videos so long after you've posted them!  As for the music, does YouTube allow for anyone to use the music, even for commercial use?  For example, if I'm creating trainings for my company.  Or is there some kind of licensing agreement on the music found on YouTube that it can only be used for videos posted to YouTube?
Natosha Gallegos (2 years ago)
Thank you so much!
The short answer is you can only use these songs if you intend to publish your project to YouTube (just as I do for all my videos). Here are the actual terms and conditions for the user of the YouTube music files. Your use of this music library (including the music files in this library) is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Music from this library is intended solely for use by you in videos and other content that you create. You may use music files from this library in videos that you monetize on YouTube. By downloading music from this library, you agree that you will not: Make available, distribute or perform the music files from this library separately from videos and other content into which you have incorporated these music files (e.g., standalone distribution of these files is not permitted). Use music files from this library in an illegal manner or in connection with any illegal content. Additionally, some music files from this library may be subject to additional requirements as set forth in the library (e.g., attribution requirements). You agree to comply with such requirements when you use music from this library.
