These moves will strengthen your core and keep you awake in the morning too. No excuses! Sequence: 50 seconds Workout, 10 seconds Rest, 5 Intervals Duration: 5 minutes per set (Aim to complete 3 sets) Exercises: 1) Full body crunch 2) Crisscross 3) Wide Leg Cross Sit-ups 4) Leg Raises 5) Single Leg Pulses Be sure that you are focusing on using your core muscles and not straining the muscles in your neck or shoulders. And just remember that we cannot spot reduce fat. In order to get a flat belly, it is a combination of regular cardio, total body strength training, core workout (such as this workout) and eating a well balanced diet. If you are consistent with your workout and meal plan, you should see and feel the difference in 4 – 6 weeks. p/s I'm using the app called "Seconds" as my timer. Lots of Love xx

I combine this exercise with her 100 abs bed challenge workout then add High Impact cardio along with better food choice and detox drinks so that I don't hit a dead end. Great vid!

Holy shit I just did this and it was so hard for me because I dislocated my knee last year for the second time and don’t have enough strength and am not 100%!! But you are amazing that helped a lot 🙏🏽 subscribed!

This is actually great to do, because since your back is on a soft bed surface, its not causing strain like it would on the floor, which many people do this on the floor. This is great :)

I’m so sad watching this I use to be really skinny so skinny you could see me ribs through my clothes but my parents told me to gain weight and I did but way to much 2 years ago I was 9 and I weighed 39 pounds now I way 104 I feel so sad :,-(
