You can lose weight fast with no hard exercises and no dieting. Just try this 5-minute super effective fat burning workout you can do right in your bed.
The exercises will help you work out your thighs and legs, making them strong and perfectly toned. Glute bridge exercise strengthens your core, improves your posture, shapes your buttocks, and it's not even the whole list of its benefits. Russian twist is a real godsend for any workout! It engages all the abdominal muscles, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and strengthens the muscles on the side of the abdomen, which are usually very difficult to get. The bicycle crunches exercise works out your upper, middle and lowers abs all at the same time. Crisscross is quite a challenging exercise, as it trains your entire core. It strengthens your abs and lower back. Reverse crunches mostly train your lower abs, and hip and thigh muscles, including iliopsoas, tensor fasciae latae, quadriceps and adductors.
Don't forget to breathe correctly and keep your back straight while doing the exercises. The results will truly amaze you.

-Lift one leg as high as you can, keeping it at a 90° angle. Lower it back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
-Raise the buttocks as you're lying on your back. Stay in this position and slowly go to the tightest you can.
-Lay on your side with your hips exactly above each other, raise the top leg up and slowly return it to the initial position.
-Start seated with your knees bent, slightly lean back and lift the feet. Slowly twist the torso to one side, get back to the initial position, and then slowly twist to the other side.
-Bend your elbows making sure that they are directly beneath your shoulders. Your body should form a straight line and remain in this position for 30 seconds.
-Lie flat with your hands behind your head, then bring your knees in towards your chest. Straighten one leg while turning your upper body to the opposite side, bringing your elbow towards the opposite knee.
-Lie on your back and lift your legs up while keeping them straight. Bring one ankle over the other and switch in a crisscross motion down to the diagonal.
-Lift your feet up off the ground and tuck your knees in toward your chest as you crunch your upper body up. Crunch both your lower and upper body together then let your upper body back down.
-Lie on your back with your knees together, and your legs bent to 90 degrees. Slowly crunch your knees lifting your hips off the floor.
-Lie on your stomach and extend both of your arms out in front of you. Stretch your arms as far out as you can while still keeping your elbows slightly straight. Lift your legs and arms off the ground, pause, and get back to the initial position.

I’m so sick and tired of people not following through with saying their progress so I’m actually gonna update every day
Day one- nothin (obvi)
I don’t expect results until about the second week so keep that in mind
I started crying half way true it and whenever i breathed out there was this Awful sound like a car going true a very bumby ride. I cant seem to get myself to trust in myself whenever i try ANYTHING to loose weight NOTHING works for me and its hard being 13 year old girl thinking about what others might think of me. Im moving to another country with my dad because i wanted to take my english further and go to school. But im scared that Ill get bullied AGAIN for my weight, and how fast im developing And i cant help but cry. Soon there wont be any tears left. Im confused and insecure horribly.
I legit do 30 mins of this when binge watch a TV show. All I wear is shorts and watch YouTube or an episode of The Office while doing this (I make sure my phone is in my vision at all times) and I don’t even realize I’m working out at all. It’s weirdly great.. and I don’t feel bad for watching 5 episodes straight...
It hurts, I know😥😄 I just think that I dont want to be bullied at high school, so I just puch myself hard, hurt my self to accaly like my body:) People just keeps saying that you should love your body, well That AIN’T workin;-; I am just 13 and I weight 924kg😒
There’s easier more bed friendly styles for a lot of these moves laying flat on your back and raising your legs to align with your hips,or liftingbutt off bed on the leg raise for more flexible and then lowering the legs back down (not all the way touching the floor or bed) leg lifts are the best easiest way also belly dancing :)
Here we go! This is gonna be edited and this isn’t the only workout I’m doing but I’m gonna (attempt) to update this each week to see the results and show you how it helps. Keep in mind that this is also combined with extra workouts and healthy eating.
This was the video I used to start my weight loss journey. I started to eat healthy and get rid of my bad habits. And of course I progressed to more advanced workouts as I got stronger. There are many ups and downs through this journey, but I’ve managed to maintain my patience and consistency (for the most part). This is currently my 14th week into this journey and I’ve managed to lose about 13 kg (28.66 lbs) and I’m still going strong. If you want to give up, think of why you started. Trust me, this journey is absolutely life-changing and you won’t regret it. And don’t call it a ‘diet’. This is only a short-term plan to lose weight that you will only gain back once you return to normal eating habits. Make it a lifestyle. The first few weeks are the toughest, but as your body adapts, you’ll be craving healthy food. I recommend watching a lot of weight loss videos. Those will help and give you a lot of insight. No pain no gain. Good luck!

I did the exercises everyday last year and during the first week it was a little effective. After that week, I noticed that I lost 1 Kg. During the second week, my body got more used to the exercise and it was easier to finish them. I did this exercise for three weeks and lost 3 kg from 42kg to 39kg. It does work 😌
"Its not hard to do,is it?" Yeah,sure,while you're being a skinning model,us chubby people see this as a torcher tool and wondering how unfair it is that its just random women doing the exercises that is probably not your friends or you- (and sorry :^)

Thank you for these exercises. I'm planning on doing it everyday, day and night. And I've already started this night, so far the exercises seem pretty hard to me since this is my first time. DAY 1: heckin heck that was really nice!! some of it was really hard but overall i feel really good!! obviously there is no result yet but i think i'll go for a run/walk later tonight!!
DAY 2: oof today was way harder than yesterday!! i feel sweaty but happy! i can't wait till tomorrow!!

It's Thursday and i am going to update on next Thursday to say if it worked or not.
I am going to workout 2 times a day, in the morning and before i go to bed. (I started working out today)
Ok so its May 7th and my body shape didnt change much but thats because things got in my way so i didnt have time to exercise much.
But i am starting to see some mucels over my body so what my answer is, thees exercises work!😊
Just a few more weeks and i belive that your whole body will change.
I will update again next Thursday to tell you the results and this time i will try my best to do it with out things getting in my way!😊
