My One Pot Cheesy Beef and Bacon Pasta is a wonderful mid-week family dinner dish, featuring minimal prep work and little washing up! It’s really as a simple as popping everything in the pot, a little bit of stirring then letting it cook itself. The flavours of the cheese, bacon, onion, garlic and beef make this a classic dish the whole family will enjoy. Serve with a side salad or some mixed vegetables - Try it today :)
500g of Beef Mince
1 Litre (4 Cups) of Beef Stock
6 Slices of Bacon (chopped)
1 Small Brown Onion (chopped)
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (about 2 Teaspoons)
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper
500g of Dry Pasta (I used Fusilli / Small Spirals)
1/2 Cup of Milk
3 Cups of Grated Cheese (I used Cheddar)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 25 minutes
SERVES 4 to 6 (depending on serving size)

Tried all the ready made stuff and we both lost weight as we were not enjoying it and therefore not eating enough.
THEN I found you on Youtube and you saved us! I follow your instructions and we are both eating healthier now. After rummaging through various cupboards and draws in the kitchen I have got myself sorted. I even enjoy shopping now and noting the prices of ingredients! The cheesecake that your Mum used to make is fantastic!

Because I’m lactose I stirred in half the cheese when I mixed in the top pasta salt and pepper to tase I , then sprinkled the rest of the cheese on top and baked it in the oven to until finished. Next time I’m gonna put some oregano seasoned bread crumbs on top also. Thank you good job!
I so love this channel! You know, I brown 10 lbs of beef every week and put that in air tight containers to freeze so I have less to cook with. But this recipe will help me even better. Thank you for some great food ideas, and it is even good for my diabetes, cause I can tweek this to add in brown rice or something. You rock chef!

I used chicken stock instead and it turned out great!! I had multiple meals from this one pot. Although, next time, I think I'll use ground turkey instead of beef as with the bacon, it turned out be greasier than I would have liked. Thanks for the recipe!! :)
Just made this for lunch today and the only things I changed were chicken stock instead of beef, 4 cloves of garlic instead of 2 and 3 1/2 cups of mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Turned out awesome!! It'll be even better as leftovers with some garlic bread and a salad for a couple of days. Win-win!! Thank you!!
mmmm...I'm gonna try it with sliced potatoes. Do you think I could can it with potatoes? Also, I'm gonna put it with no pasta and add homemade pizzasauce and hold the cheese. i know I can can that 😀 I recently made an impulse buy of tons of bacon so...lol.
IGOT A ONE POT MEAL FOR YA, GOT IT ON VIDEO PUERTO RICAN RICE, .... THROW IN CHICKEN PORK BROWN IT THEN THROW IN SPICES AND RICE PIGEON PEAS WHATEVER YA WANT, ADD WATER . IN THE VIDEO I USED PINEAPPLES HAM AND PINEAPPLE JUICE.
