If they make sure that the baby cage is secure, then that would be a pretty good idea. Nowadays it'd be easy to make a safe version

Most old timey mental institutes were just excuses for the maddest of men to exact all of their cruellest and most heinous fantasies of torture and harm on unsuspecting Human beings. Most "therapies" were themselves the products of mad men of the highest order.

After looking it up I'm pretty sure the photograph at 8:17 is a hoax image. Just not sure if it's old or new.

5:00 It's very upsetting for me to see this picture as I did go to an old mental hospital that was burned with all the people inside including children plus that the only thing that is gone from there are the bodies other than that everything is in there including the beds , newspapers , the days when each worker arrives (time table) , and 2 pictures with names of two children it's very hard to watch and to go there especially after realizing that it's kinda disrespectfull from my side to acc go there and look at everything that happened and dare to make a new second floor roof out of few desks just for a snapchat vedeo and a base to hide ... I might post a vedeo about this hospital on my channel and how I go there because I want to share things
what a dumb ass video not gona subscribe fuck no e

My honors Geometry teacher, Ms. Brown, had polio as a child and was placed in the Iron Lung for several months. She would talk to her students about what happened on the first day of class, so that we don't continually ask her if she had sprained her ankle, because she had walked with a limp and many students thought that she had sprained her ankle. Even though she walked with a limp, she could walk faster than most of us students. I used to live down the block where they found the little girl's partial remains in the sewer. Mr. Heirens lived approximately 2 blocks from where I used to live, and I lived houses away from the first murder. Mr. Heirens was coerced into confessing that he had been the "Lipstick Killer," because the police used devious tactics to get him to confess. They used truth serum on him, and he had stated that he didn't kill anyone, but the detectives claimed that he had confessed to the multiple murders. The doctor and the nurse present during that interview were threatened by the police with prison time if they said anything contrary to what they were saying. There was absolutely no proof that Mr. Heirens committed any murder, but he was caught trying to break into an apartment. I feel horrible for Mr. Heirens, because he deserved to have a retrial, not to die behind bars.

Next time I run into an anti-vaxxer online I'm going to show them the picture of the polio ward and ask if that is what they want for children in this day and age. Truly haunting that so many people had to live like that.

I wouldn't be able to cope if the last picture I had of a loved one was one where I knew they were dead, didn't concent to the picture, opposed to one where they were happy and alive. Different strokes for different folks I guess.
Toni Remer (5 months ago)
ladycplum I totally agree with you. The photographs are hauntingly beautiful, serene, and captured the grief in the parent's eyes. I don't think that should've went "out of style" and should be brought back in order for loved ones to cope much better from their loved one's death.
Samantha Port (5 months ago)
I agree. On a surface level, sure, they're creepy, but when you think about why they were taken it's heartbreaking.
