Everyone of us is responsible of their own life. We attract all the things in our lives with our thoughts. Those thoughts are based on our fears and beliefs - our experiences, history and environment mold them. But we can decide ourselves wheter we live by those or not. We have learned those things - why not teach and learn new ways to ourselves. New ways of thoughts, new way of thinking, believing, acting, attitude... Take responsibility of your own life. Who else would? <3 Good books about this forexample: Louise L. Hay: Change your thoughts - change your life; Joe Vitale: At zero.
All those words for just stop expecting something and begin to being.Nice way to said thing that matter. This is why I prefer one to one talk, you save time and get better results☺ Thanks for sharing, have a nice day
your version to succeed, has nothing to do with my success. Do not tell me why because you are just one idea on this planet. Take your motivation and shove it up your ass. This is why this country is in such a shit holes state because of assholes like you. I hope I was able to motivate you. If not, no one really gives a fk.
You know what. I own a business that's demographic is generally older individuals. I go to garages that has 50 to 60 year olds. None of them love their life or their job. Yes what he is saying is true to an extent but it still applies to the older generation. so maybe its not just social media and coddling. Im 31. I meet people everyday that hate their jobs, most of them are 45 and up. It effects everyone.
The "people are more anxious and less social, millennials are all selfish and less successful" type of statement needs real hard statistics to back it up before I'll believe that line of thinking. I think it's a myth to propagate a following based around a common belief that social media is bad, he says it's not but blames a bleak best case scenario on it. Yes I think there is good evidence that phones and social media is addicting and problematic, I agree there, but I don't think the description of millennials is accurate. I think we're experiencing rapid changes in technology and awareness and less stability in our careers, I think the monetary demands in modern technological society are increasing beyond our ability to support them for the majority of people while wages are not increasing significantly. Has depression steadily been on the rise or has it finally become somewhat ok to report it? How much psychological depression was there during the great depression for instance?
What a load. Did this guy tell you anything you didn't already know? Hey, I'm older than most of you and this is exact same speech I used to hear in jr high and high school. Only back then it wasn't the internet it was TV. Yes, that was ruining this whole generation. TV was making people passive and unsocial and highly uncreative. Of course this was the generation that produced Gates, Jobs, and everything else we now take for granted. It's nice listening to this stuff, but when you hear someone saying "Well everybody this" and "Everybody that" it proves he has no examples and is playing on your ideas of a stereotype.
I could not agree more to what Simon Sinek is saying... when I look at how my parents have treated me compared to what I would do and how I would treat my future kids, there's just so much they're doing wrong. There's so much I wish I could've been taught earlier, so much things I wish I knew how to do. But my saving grace is and always will be my faith in the one who will always provide - God.
Being successful is fucking overrated. With it comes repuation and saving faces. Your problems are harder to resolve than those who are poor. You’re never really “secure” because you understand it can all come crashing down. You have to help your family and friends, which isn’t bad until they think you’re a bank that gives out money. People will always assume the worst about you, after all, you dont become successful without selling your soul, which is true to a degree. Once you live that lifestyle, you would rather die than lose face. Which explains why people commit suicide during recessions.
Stay humble and lose your reputation. Then, you are free.
I found this awesome video from suggested video at the side and I watched it from the beggining to the end. I just started posting videos at my Youtube, creating music and I a month ago I started posting regularly. I found myself stressed about why my content is not shoiwng up and why I'm not getting views and my music to be heard. Well, I know that I have to be patient but now after seeing this video I now know that I have anxiety. I know that I'm not patient. I know that I'm stressing out and I don't have realistic expectations about my journey. Thanks for this video, I liked it and I subscribed and also I put this video at my favorite playlist so I can check it out every day to remind me that I have to work hard, out of my smartphone, building more real relationships and enjoying the journey. Everyone must watch this video.
oh woe is me, the poor millennial...gimme a break ! ...bad childhood experiences, poor social skills and everything else this guy harps on about *did not* start with millennials, or facebook/social media..nor did starting drinking at a young age, leading to potential alcoholism. They were here well before the term 'millennial' was even considered.
He's so right, I called them ITTT; in title too twat! And as a former drug addict I see they have a similar behaviour as an addict ! Why my kids ,especially my oldest isn't a ITTT is horrible but that "saved" him. He's parents my ex and I was addicts and he was in institutions from 4-11 and that have made him so empathic BUT lonely ,cuz now he can't relate to ppl he think they're superficial and he can't take it. I don't know how to say other than "you can't change others, only your persepction and be patient and you'll attract ppl like you but jeep away from ITTT"! My daughter has infantile autism so that has "saved her" but she's stuck at the same place as my son. Can't relate, the others are superficial etc and I'm desperate, for I can't find "nice" kids! Where are they? And the most saddest thing is they ask for my (ex drug addict) number and they call me, instead of talking to parents and I ask "why don't you talk to your parents"? And they say "they're tired, been working, they don't listen like you, they don't live me"! I try to listen, advice & explain why their parents are working and etc,but I have then on the phone few days after with exact same issues. I like to help but I'm sad that they choose me and not their parent for I've been the worst mom ever! But my kids take these "lost" kids home as a stray cat and say "mom, fix him/her"! And I understand that the Web have made them.loose human contact and their parents work so hard to give their kinds all the stuff, but they need their time, attention but who am I to judge, right? And these parents doesn't even know where their kids are at 10 even 12 pm ! I'm so glad I had a walkman & packman as the only item, for that forced me/us to interact and you become empathic by that, but ppl under 25-ish are really for me un-relatable cuz they come from different era and they're ITTT ! And I don't know the solution? I try to open their eyes those around me, but unfortunately I see even them I grew up with have changed and they are so shallow , it's about gucci, house, car and pugs! And I feel lonely at times. So even though my kids aren't ITTT I think I did something wrong, for they can't relate, they're lonely and trying to fix others and I say yes and we use our energy trying to "fix" others and loose ourselves in that. But what else can I/we do? I need a solution And feel I only have 2 buddies from my childhood who stayed grounded and they aren't superficial, but damn we and owr kids are alone, maybe we made the mistake by not following tge ITTT'S? My youngest daughter have bit of both so she despite her Infantile autism is doing much better than my son or my friends kids as they just don't relate to ITTT kids! He's right but if ALL him an it doesn't listen to him and it's us who knows, what does it help? For I guess it's us who already KNOW there's a huge problems with these ITTT'S (or what you call them) and that's why we watch these vids to be better! But what does it help if the rest doesn't? Are they listening to him or even understand him when he's talking? For I can't get through to ITTT'S (the youngest I actually can) so what can I/we do? We know but they don't know!
But I'm glad that I'm able to (hopefully) have an impact on handful ITTT'S; but I'm exhausted & lonely and I understand why I became an addict. If I wasn't I'd become you an ITTT fir I was heading tgat direction to fit in. And im understanding now why I, my kids had to go through hell, but now we are here and so what's the next step?
Thanks if you read what I wrote. You might not agree, we don't need to agree but I giess we all can agree that there's a BIG problem and what to do? We can be an example but what more can we do?
What a load of rubbish. "It's not their fault it's the corporation's fault!" Life is nowhere near as tough as previous generations. What would these kids have done if they were born a Jew in Germany in the 1920s? DEAL WITH IT! And stop listening to idiots like this.
I don't mind people with the phone on the table when I do meetings, most of the people that work with me have or kids, or old parents, if you have an emergency, they will contact you on the phone, your family is most important than a meeting.
Us millennials will rewrite the world into a better place , we all share one dream a far better world then we were given , that is why we are lazy , the moment the Earth is placed in our responsibility , prosperity these older minds are scared of our POTENTIAL
This guy is up there i dont even know him , but the very interseted stare from agent From Matrix movie / green goblin / and also william defoe outside green goblin suit tells me that he is a teacher or whatever the fuck of his circle . you have to be good at that for sure . but the thing about this guy is that he is giving us a speech about the millenials and facebook and that one message of the dopamine , which unless he is a robot he also gets .... is that the facebook part where we filter our shit , and we are really sad and blah blah blah .... the reality is , master yoda here is a little too much master yoda in his circle , and you never see misses yoda do you? he is all alone , even at the top of the mountain , but as human as we are he will lie to himself (a special filter) and believe everything is okay . im not that smart but if this one little part of an epic speech is tainted with taint . then im guessing the rest is a bunch of special fx scenes with agent from the matrix movie splooging facial spasms in the interview . so yeah lets get fucked up
When we all cross over.... we will all come to the entity that loved us and created us and believed in us from the beginning. and knew that we were worth saving.... I am a product of God's love....we are all are.
The missing piece is mindfulness. Once you reprogram your mind to be content despite what is happening, THEN the gates open to whatever you are searching for. Until then, as you continue on in focusing on your discontent, and diversion in a dream world of technology, you will only receive more reason for discontent. This place is truly like a video game and it's reality reflects your mental state.... Consider the mental state of this country today and how both political parties want to control the other and it should become crystal clear why we have a lunatic narcissist controlling EVERYTHING ...because that's what we, the collective have created.
It's NOT the corporations... it's the Milennial generation. Since when has the corporation (the workplace) EVER been about helping people build confidence? Confidence & self-esteem building are the responsibility of each individual.
Tyler Durden: I see all this potential, and I see it squandered. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables - slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our great war is a spiritual war... Our great depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars, but we won't. We're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off.
This was amazing!!! This is one thing that our generation can mentor the next generations about.... developing rapport and relationships!! I was so happy to have a 4 hr flight recently b/c i had a 4 hour break from my cell phone and i enjoyed reading and feeding my brain w/ music. I was able to talk w/ the gentleman next to me and we had a great conversation.
Sechskies Eun Ji Won and rookie singers Lee Soo Hyun and Kim Eun Bi performed the third OST single titled "Love Song". The rookies, who are both training to debut in HYWY Entertainments girl group HYWY Girls, joined the veteran to sing about falling in love with an unlikely person. The rhythmic medium temp track is the perfect tune to make your spring days even brighter.
As a child, there was a portrait in our family home in Paris that I always loved. Today, it’s known as Maya with Doll – but to me it was just a portrait of my mother, albeit a remarkable one. “Your grandfather was a painter,” she would say, whenever the subject of the canvas, one of many that hung around the house, came up in discussion. It was only when I began school, and whispers about my heritage started to follow me, that I realised what an understatement that was. My grandfather was far more than a painter. He was the defining figure of 20th-century art – and, as I would learn later from years of academic study, a true genius. It was a revelation that would shape the course of my life in many ways. When Picasso died – in 1973, the year before I was born – he left behind 45,000 works, not to mention personal objects and correspondence.
