+ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING thanks for the response.
Thanks so much I recommend RJR or try Allstate Express, there’s others to have your pick from expeditersonline.com but don’t drive for panther, Bolt might be good, but they are always hiring might be to much turn over, I really liked Allstate Express when I worked with them, pay is good, enough Jobs, you get a fuel card and they provide insurance, I still have some friends that work with them hope this helps let me know what you do. ps Load One is the best if you can get on with them

Pure Flying Magic (2 months ago)
Pure Flying Magic (2 months ago)

So you only do one pallet max? Or two if they stack? & good old ford transmission plant, last time I was there the forklift operator was a dick.
Lol sometimes they are hehe
I'm looking to buy a used day cab straight box truck could you tell me something's to look for while shopping as far as mechanical issues
No need for CDL, try RJR on Expeditersonline.com
Ok thanks for the information I have another question would I need a cdl to operate and what are some good companies to run for
Yes, stay away from Ford 6.0 Diesels, nothing but a money pit, 7.3 Diesel are ok, some guys do well in Chevrolet Box trucks gas models, here’s what to look for if you are trying to use it for Expedite, make sure GVW is no more then 7500, so that you can load for 10000 and no need for scales
Saul Felix (3 months ago)
I know customers that usually need HOT SHOT services, do I need any special DOT permit or insurance so I can offer the expedite service by driving my cargo van?
You don’t need DOT, but will need van and Insurence normally 1 million liability and 100k cargo, in some cases less

+ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING good afternoon what is a good load board for sprinter Van's do u know of any I really appreciate for ur time
That’s really nice that you have Authority, but with Authority you actually your own boss you load your self, get your own brokers, create relationships with other carriers and look for loads on load boards, but if your looking for someone to load you, I know of couple good companies, but you don’t need Authority, just need a van and insurance, that being said, it’s good that you got it, it will grow and you will be a successful company one day, try R J R Express
Ahmed Jamal (2 months ago)
Thank you sir for the videos I appreciated. I have my own authority and need start working , is there any DISPATCH that you recommend to be member to look loads form it. If you can named two or three will be great. ? Thank you

Hi what's the best Logistic Company's to work for and pay better if u can pls give us idea? Thank you
Your welcome
I works for many different ones, I liked them all, but some are no longer in business, all companies have something different to offer, some charge Insurence and fees, some work with vans less then 5 years old, some less then 10, others will take any van, some require bigger Insurence or certain Insurence company like CIS Insurence that sells only Progressive Insurence, the most expensive insurance in the business, so when you say what’s the best, I would like you to decide what works best for you, here’s a website with many popular choices expeditersonline.com hope it helps and let me know what you find
Tim Vakulich (3 months ago)
Why dont you get loads from loadboard yourself?
Good question, I don’t load my self or anyone just yet, right now I am working on my real estate investment, when I am done, I will build my own fleet of local vans, and will continue investing in real estate and working on cars
Bob Americana (3 months ago)
what are the requirements for me to use my sprinter and take loads from you ?
That’s a good idea Tim, maybe one day you can give me loads to! Stay in touch
Tim Vakulich (3 months ago)
Yeag , that's great God bless you. I'm considering and starting to be a broker my self. And I have a few pals that got trucks , so I will be loading them up. Just saying that once a relationship is made with carriers and brokers . Loads will lmalways come
Thanks your information is good, eventually this might be something that I will consider, but at this time I only work when I need extra money for my home project and bills, but once I am done, I am considering hiring drivers for my vans to work locally, and I will need local brokers, and company’s that I will work with, but for now, I must finish what I started, Tim thanks for your comments, they help my videos, likes do as well

I have some questions to you: 1. Is that company you working with Freight Brokers or just Dispatchers? 2. Are they paying you based on your actual mileage you drove? Or they paying you based on their initial calculations on a predetermined rate? 3. Are you receiving money for deadhead miles? 4. What if you agree on one price, but during the trip you have to change a route (because of construction) and eventually you drove more miles that was agreed? Thank you
Dispatchers work for logistics companies and sometimes the owner of a logistics company is a dispatcher, that’s how it is in my case, but brokers are a middle man that get loads directly from factory or warehouses then sell the load to logistics company they like to use directly or stick it on the load board and let company’s bid for it, then by the time the load gets to the driver, everyone got a pice of the pie and we the drivers get what’s left
Joyous_ man (6 months ago)
Thank you. I was basically confused between Brokers and Dispatchers. I thought they are the same
1, Dispatch 2, they determine the Miles, if I drive more it does not count, no dead head mile pay most times, but sometimes they do pay, normally they don’t even tell me the price they don’t like to discuss it, but when I get payed it’s fair price that’s why I work with them for 5 years

Do shippers prefer a sprinter or do they prefer like a Dodge cargo 159 extended or if there is an a difference as long as it's new and with low miles
Well some companies you work with will pay cargo van less then sprinter because it’s not tall enough
James Sorum (9 months ago)
Is it hard to get hired as an owner/operater for these companies with only local driving experience vs. Long hauls(and only non owner/operator experience)???? Thank you for any help...you are very helpful
Your so welcome my friend, this is my goal to help and inspire others so I will share lots of ideas, so if I am not in a position to do it someone else can, I constantly learn new things and like to spread my knowledge to others, and maybe this will be the missing key that they are looking for, as for your question, it takes about one week to get hired and have your first load, if it takes a company longer then 2 days to respond just put in many applications that you will be guaranteed to land a job, and don’t wait for them to call you, be persistent and call first
James Sorum (9 months ago)
ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING Thank you thank you thank you ..I would love to ask more...for a start...how long does it take to get started from application to response to applications ---to hired--- to making the first run--?? And is it hard to keep the momentum of jobs acquired when new???...(than you so much for your awsome help and hope )
Yes it’s easy, just have clean record and show common sense it’s not hard to get hired, as an owner operator, if you have questions just ask I will help you

I see the 2004 dually sprinter is not that wide so the pallet that can fit cant be wide like that..
Yep, dually does not work good for Expedite, you have no other chose, cut down the wheel wells

I’m currently working shipping and receiving for a produce company but I am seriously considering expediting. Thanks for the information.
All the Robert Kiyosaki books, because he has the best team and writes books with lawyers and tax guys and there’s lots of knowledge actually there, but most books by other authors don’t offer much step by step, so you must read allot to learn something
Joyone Farmer (9 months ago)
ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING what book do you recommend for learning the loop holes on corporations and taxes
Joyone Farmer (9 months ago)
ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING thanks
Sure can help, best business structure is LLC not S, I tried both, some argue S is best, but S is for large Business, where you have income all the time, and you would like to sell shares in your company S corporation gets Stock Options, so sounds great right? But S corporations must file Taxes every Quarter, if you like to file taxes that often then go for it, Lol but I have always heard people hate Death and Taxes, so what happens if you don’t File, well if your Business made a profit and you fail to file quarterly then you pay Fines, and there not cheep, There is more to S Corporations and to other corporations as well, I have read a book on it, several times, and I re read it every year, it’s an Audio book, with Robert Kiyosaki Team of experts, on Audible, but anyways, this is the most concern to me, and second biggest concern, you need to open a Business Bank ACC, not a problem right? But it is because you need to pay your self, a check what ever that is and can’t use your bank like a piggy Bank because it’s not your money it’s corporations money, plus doing Taxes it’s more complicated, but LLC is way better for us Because we are drivers, or sole owners of business and it’s kinda like having a sole proprietorship corporation but with real corporations protection, you can have a Bank Acc but you can actually use it, and you can have EIN or TIN number Employee Identification Number, basically Social Security number for your Business but you can file this along with your taxes using scheduled C and 1099 and you can have employees if you chose to do so, so this one is much simpler to do but no stock options, this will work for many people that are just starting out and it’s perfect, it provides the best protection, I will answer one more question-that you did not ask, and that is can you open a corporation in a state where you don’t live and the answer is yes, all you need is a registered Agent in that state, best place to open corporation in is Wyoming and Nevada this states provide the best price and best protection, but you will need to ask your state permission to operate in your state, the cost is same like opening a corporation just in your state, but the protection is awesome and you file taxes in 2 states, this means you pay less tax, because of Loop Holes, for this I recommend to read a book, next I will recommend to get a gas Van less trouble and cheeper fuel, normally I would say diesel all the way, but due to EPA regulations it made diesel not reliable and cost more to own, if you want to buy new it’s ok, yes you can make money to pay the payment but if you got other payments chances are you won’t be able to save money and will feel this was a bad idea, basically you will stay on the road for a month and feel where did my money go, cost of Fuel 2000 To 3000 per month, cost of Insurence is $500 give or take some pay less some pay more, then service, van payment, parts, and all your other Bills, so cost of doing Business is very high, and after 2 years it will get even harder for you, because now your van starts breaking down, and it will really cost allot to fix, sometimes $3500 with diesel $5k or more just did DEF issues and particulate Filter, This is why I stick with Old Ugly Sprinter, it’s less problems because no DEF or other bad systems, there is EGR but you can delete it, so not sure on your finances, but if you can but used van for cash it’s best option, but if you must buy new because it’s payments, it’s an option, that’s just the Decision that you will need to make
Joyone Farmer (9 months ago)
ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING I just want to know what is the best way to go. New vehicle of course but I need to be sure that I’m going to get loads to be able to pay for the vehicle. I also want to know the best way to structure the business. S-corporation or LLC. I have many questions and I hope that you can point me in the right direction

Great video zimaleta, I just found your channel and already watch a lot of your videos, I'm doing my research on expediting/ hotshot with my own authority. Do you run your own authority or lease on to a carrier? Any info would be helpful. Please check out my channel I'm from Florida also.

+Ibrahim Chukadze wow congratulations that's a great buy, you sir know how to get a good deal 😃
Ibrahim Chukadze (1 year ago)
ZIMALETA HOW TO SHOW & UNBOXING I ended up buying the van it's 2008 dodge sprinter it has 319,000miles on it; it has jasper transmition and rear diffarantial he was asking 2200 I got it for $1500 !!! I am exited to start working on it , I am going to take apart engine first find the problem and see if I can fix it .. if not I'll get the reman long Blick from MB
+Ibrahim Chukadze yes it's worth it, that's about what I pay for broken Sprinters, you might want to look into buying a remanufactured engine from Mercedes and use that one as a Core, then you practically got a new sprinter, just a thought, if you plan to keep it, if not then just put a used engine, but if you plan to buy at Mercedes, make sure to become MB member $50 per year, you get 15% off parts effective immediately, buying a remanufactured engine you might save $1500 or more of the price, something to think about 😁👍
