These moves will strengthen your core and keep you awake in the morning too. No excuses! Sequence: 50 seconds Workout, 10 seconds Rest, 5 Intervals Duration: 5 minutes per set (Aim to complete 3 sets) Exercises: 1) Full body crunch 2) Crisscross 3) Wide Leg Cross Sit-ups 4) Leg Raises 5) Single Leg Pulses Be sure that you are focusing on using your core muscles and not straining the muscles in your neck or shoulders. And just remember that we cannot spot reduce fat. In order to get a flat belly, it is a combination of regular cardio, total body strength training, core workout (such as this workout) and eating a well balanced diet. If you are consistent with your workout and meal plan, you should see and feel the difference in 4 – 6 weeks. p/s I'm using the app called "Seconds" as my timer. Lots of Love xx

You can lose weight fast with no hard exercises and no dieting. Just try this 5-minute super effective fat burning workout you can do right in your bed. The exercises will help you work out your thighs and legs, making them strong and perfectly toned. Glute bridge exercise strengthens your core, improves your posture, shapes your buttocks, and it's not even the whole list of its benefits. Russian twist is a real godsend for any workout! It engages all the abdominal muscles, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, and strengthens the muscles on the side of the abdomen, which are usually very difficult to get. The bicycle crunches exercise works out your upper, middle and lowers abs all at the same time. Crisscross is quite a challenging exercise, as it trains your entire core. It strengthens your abs and lower back. Reverse crunches mostly train your lower abs, and hip and thigh muscles, including iliopsoas, tensor fasciae latae, quadriceps and adductors. Don't forget to breathe correctly and keep your back straight while doing the exercises. The results will truly amaze you. TIMESTAMPS Bent leg side raises 0:24 Glute bridge 1:15 Lateral side-lying leg raises 2:00 Russian twist 2:51 Plank 3:41 Bicycle crunches 4:36 Crisscross 5:28 Full body crunch 6:16 Reverse crunches 7:09 Superman 8:09 SUMMARY -Lift one leg as high as you can, keeping it at a 90° angle. Lower it back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg. -Raise the buttocks as you're lying on your back. Stay in this position and slowly go to the tightest you can. -Lay on your side with your hips exactly above each other, raise the top leg up and slowly return it to the initial position. -Start seated with your knees bent, slightly lean back and lift the feet. Slowly twist the torso to one side, get back to the initial position, and then slowly twist to the other side. -Bend your elbows making sure that they are directly beneath your shoulders. Your body should form a straight line and remain in this position for 30 seconds. -Lie flat with your hands behind your head, then bring your knees in towards your chest. Straighten one leg while turning your upper body to the opposite side, bringing your elbow towards the opposite knee. -Lie on your back and lift your legs up while keeping them straight. Bring one ankle over the other and switch in a crisscross motion down to the diagonal. -Lift your feet up off the ground and tuck your knees in toward your chest as you crunch your upper body up. Crunch both your lower and upper body together then let your upper body back down. -Lie on your back with your knees together, and your legs bent to 90 degrees. Slowly crunch your knees lifting your hips off the floor. -Lie on your stomach and extend both of your arms out in front of you. Stretch your arms as far out as you can while still keeping your elbows slightly straight. Lift your legs and arms off the ground, pause, and get back to the initial position. A tiny, pet bunny rabbit named Pipkin comes up on the bed to wake up his owner. The rabbit always tries to wake up the owner to say goodnight and give her a kiss, before going to bed himself. However, this time the rabbit falls out of bed! The rabbit falling out of bed was not enjoyable for the rabbit or the girl! The girl always goes to sleep before the rabbit, so the rabbit usually comes up on the bed after she is asleep. The rabbit wakes up his owner because he likes to say goodnight to the girl. The rabbit will then try and get a pet - if he sees an exposed hand or even an exposed leg, he will try to nestle underneath it, to simulate petting. The rabbit likes to get his kiss, says goodnight, and then lays down at the end of the bed, guarding the girl. Waking up his owner is one of the rabbit's favorite activities. :) The free roam rabbit likes coming up on the bed every night. The free range rabbit likes to get his goodnight kiss and say goodnight. The bunny will then sometimes leave again and go eat hay. Other times, the rabbit will explore the bed. Other times the rabbit lays down and goes to sleep. For whatever reason, this time the rabbit did not make the jump successfully. Thanks for checking out Pipkin and our rabbit channel. The short set we’re about to share with you was developed by famous American celebrity coach Tracy Anderson. 9 Ways to Easily Lose Weight While Sleeping

Most of us are looking for a simple yet effective way to lose weight for good with no effort. It turns out you can lose weight while sleeping as long as you follow some secret tips that actually work. In case you were looking for a super easy weight loss technique – here it is. An American Journal of Clinical Nutrition study found that well-rested people burn 20% more calories after eating than those who don’t get enough sleep. Have a shake with about 30 grams of protein before heading to bed. That'll be enough for you to lose weight, all while catching some z’s. During deep sleep, our brain puts out a growth hormone. If you eat late at night, that growth hormone stores the food in your system as fat instead of fuel. And there you go, a few more inches around the waist that you never asked for. Consuming alcohol close to bedtime will make your body metabolize the alcohol during your sleep. This process will keep you from achieving a state of REM sleep, which is when your body burns the most calories at night. Exercise gets the heart pumping and wakes the body up, making it difficult to achieve a good night’s rest if you work out before you go to sleep so do it in the morning. That way, you’ll get some good-quality and calorie-burning sleep. -Setting a consistent bedtime and getting the right amount of sleep, which is about 7 to 8 hours, helps the body burn more fat. -Do your exercises in the morning, since physical training wakes the body up. Plus, it’ll help you kick-start your day and keep you energized throughout it. -Your devices are keeping you from sleeping and your body from burning fat. Turn them off at bedtime and get some shuteye. -Sleeping in cooler temperatures enhances the body’s storage of brown adipose tissue, which helps burn fat stored in the belly by keeping us warm. -Sleeping in complete darkness assists your body in producing melatonin that aids in the production of brown adipose tissue that keeps us warm and burns belly fat. -Without clothes, your body stays cool, which, as we mentioned before, also helps you burn more calories while resting.
